Does anyone have a Charge 5 that they swim with, I had a Charge 3 for 6 years and never took it off.

I swam with mine and now the screen is black.  It seems that the "swim lock" is on (although I don't understand the purpose of the swim lock other than that the screen doesn't activate) and I can't turn it off.  With the swim lock on, the screen is black and it won't communicate with the app or my computer.  And none of the recommended fixes have worked.  I have a question into the community but no response yet.  I would not swim with it if I were you...
