Why would I buy a new Charge tracker when my old one worked fine until Fitbit changed the APP!!
So Fitbit is now unreliable. I'm sure I can find other trackers that are fair and honest and work with purchasers of their trackers!

Please! How many thousands of complaints does it take?
Google needs to fix the issue they caused with the firmware update or they will continue to have unhappy customers who choose another fitness band company for their future purchases. The absolute ONLY way I would ever consider purchasing a Fitbit product again is if they fix their screwup and my Charge 5 starts working properly.

Spent an hour with Support (After finally find a way to them and waiting on line!! Very Poor)
Had no trouble with my Charge 5 until the new app was pushed on me. It stopped syncing, skippeD heart rates, etc. After spending time with support it is better BUT STILL DOES NOT SYNC WITH MY PHONE AT TIMES AND THEN DATA APPEARS THE NEXT DAY
