Windows 10 support

I purchased the Fitbit Charge 5 this summer as an upgrade to the Charge 4. I had been using the windows app until it suddenly wouldn't log me in a few weeks ago.

Can you bring back the Windows application support for Fitbit 5 please?  It seems lame to have a product no longer supported on Windows months after release.

Hi @windowsapp  October 13, 2022 it was discontinued. I doubt Fitbit is going to bring it back, but you can still use iOS tablet or compatible phones.

It still worked until a few weeks ago.  Wish i could roll back to fitbit update to get Windows support.

Try loging into fitbit using chrome or edge https://www.fitbit.com/ using you username and password
