I have the correct time but the date is wrong

Hello @fuzzy378 

 

Have you checked that your time zone is set correctly? In the App on your phone, tap your profile picture, then App Settings, then Time Zone.  You can either set it to Automatic or the Zone you're in now.

 

If your settings are correct, try switching to a different one, syncing, then switching back to the correct one and syncing again.  Hopefully that should fix it for you.
