why no BP monitoring in Charge 5

I have just received my charge 5 and am very disappointed to know that it doesn't check my blood pressure and has no option for ECG. These 2 items were the main factor in buying it but not happy at all.

@ZulfiqarAli   In understand your disappointment.  But no Fitbit can measure blood pressure and Fitbit doesn't advertise that it can do it.  You don't give your location, but the ECG is a medically regulated feature that is only available in certain countries.   This information is available at the Fitbit Store.  I hope you can get a refund if it doesn't need your needs.
