Activity Calories issue

Hi, just upgraded to a Charge 6. When logging an activity in the App the calories shown are less than used. Just logged a 2500m swim in 45 minutes and the App shows 56 Calories used. Has anyone any ideas?

Hello @Stephen404040 

There is are known issues on the Fitbit side that affects data syncing and calorie tracking. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problems.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting we can do since the issue is on Fitbit's side.
