Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 6. We received reports of this being experienced by other members; however, it got fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. With this in mind, I'd suggest you to give those steps a try. Then, reboot your phone and monitor the behavior of the Fitbit app afterward.
