Anyone who pre ordered the Charge 6 in the uk got there’s yet?

My tracking starts and ends on the day it was dispatched! So as of the 10th I’ve got no information. Just slightly miffed as I saw them on sale in my local Argos this morning and mine is later than non pre orders!

Mine was pre ordered on day of Release . i too wish i had just bought off Amazon I still haven't  got mine either

Same thing.  Preordered on the very first day it was available. "to arrive on or Before October 12th"  On October 10th, I got notice it shipped.  But actually, just the label was created.  Now it is October 13th, USPS says they still do not have it, but the delivery date still shows today.

Same here , annoying.    Says my order is being processed so could be another week!!!   Could’ve had one also from Argos this morning!!

Exactly the same.  Shipping notice on 10th and nothing since.  I spoke to customer service who told me to wait until Monday and call again if it hasn't arrived, which I don't expect it to since I'm not sure it's really shipped

I’m wondering whether it’s worth cancelling the order and going and buying one today.  Wait till Monday is a bit of a cop out isn’t it !!?

Another thing , they said the money won’t be taken till it’s dispatched - well , no dispatch ,not even a date for dispatch , and the moneys been taken !!

Quick update to anyone who has pre-ordered in the UK. I just got off chatting with customer support. My order was marked as dispatched on the 10th October. Stated payment would only be taken when the order was shipped. Today I was told there is a problem, they don't have the stock...so my order hasn't been shipped at all. So why did they mark as dispatched? And why did they take payment? Dishonest. Misleading. Clearly no longer a brand to trust. Clearly do not care about their customers.

Very poor customer service! I asked that and was told it would need to be escalated to the appropriate team, Let's see if firstly, they reply and secondly, they initiate a refund. (Can't say I'm holding out much hope following their dishonest practices so far!!) Fitbit clearly don't care about their customers. They have clearly been doing the same to everyone. Marking the pre=orders as dispatched on the 10th October, to take payment on the 10th, sending out the free strap separately...almost as a fob off...without actually having the stock. So why mark as dispatched and take payment Fitbit? Not impressed. Sorry everyone...seems like we've been lied to by Fitbit.

Does your GLS tracking info show the package as collected, or just the label being created?  My info from 10th from GLS shows the parcel as being collected and "left the parcel center".  I wondered if yours was the same?

Hi. Just checked. Shows...the parcel is on its way to the final parcel center. For more info see the detailed shipment below...which then shows as having left the parcel center 10/10/2023. When I asked customer support this morning online I was told...problem with order...no stock...so if no stock how can you mark as dispatched and take payment I said. Then got told would have to be escalated. Funny though how we all seem to be receiving a free strap...but no actual Fitbit 6. If they don't have the stock they shouldn't be marking as dispatched, sending us an email saying its been dispatched, and then taking payment. Feels like an excuse to take payment! Think this will be the last time I ever order another product from Fitbit. Should get better customer service form what I thought was a reputable brand. Clearly not.

Forgot to add...funny how we all got told it had been dispatched on the 10th October...seems to be a pattern...wonder if Fitbit would like to comment on why this is? And what they are playing at? And why take payment when they state payment will not be processed until order is dispatched?

So I called and asked for a refund only to be told they can’t as it’s now being processed by the warehouse team 🤣🤣 (Surely they can communicate with each other in this day and age!? ).Anyway they said it can be returned once it’s arrived - I just have to call for a free returns label and they’ll email me one. So bearing in mind I have no shipping date , a 3-5 days delivery wait and delivery from a company that’s hardly run professionally, I’m off to Argos to collect one and return the original order back to Fitbit.  Crazy!

Mine says it's left the parcel centre. Well where is it then?! And unlike some I've not even got the free strap (which was the main reason I ordered from Fitbit directly, more fool me).

Edit to add I've just been told the system says my order will arrive "this month". So glad I pre-ordered, not!

Yep.  Identical for me.  Mine has left the parcel centre but not arrived anywhere, and no free sports strap, although tbf i wasn't expecting that as it was on backorder when I preordered the Charge.

So here's an update for everyone regarding Fitbit 6 and no delivery. I contacted Fitbit support yesterday and this morning received this quite frankly useless reply. It seems Fitbit do not care about its customers pre-ordering their product. They simply pass the buck back to GLS...but my question though back to Fitbit was how can you pass this back to GLS when you told me yesterday there was a problem with the order, that you didn't have the stock, that one of your Fitbit specialist team would need to get back to me? This is a useless response from Fitbit in my opinion and shows they are not a brand we can trust. I'll be cancelling this one way or the other and think this will be the last time I ever use a Fitbit product again to be honest. Very misleading, untrustworthy and not what you expect after all these years. Suggest we all take to social media to voice our issues!? Hope this helps everyone.

Might be helpful for people who like me want to return their pre-order of the Fitbit 6 should it ever arrive that is! And here is the line I ref'd from my chat transcript with Fitbit yesterday...in their words, not mine. 

04:40:24 Agent (agent name removed).: Since we just released the Charge 6, there's a possibility of a shortage with the number of Charge 6 that is being available for delivery.

I wonder if they chose to send the stock they did have to physical high street retailers and not to customers who pre-ordered their product. Could they then process our payment, not having the physical stock, generating additional revenue early in addition to retailing the products they did have on the high street? Surely not? Makes you wonder!

Mines arriving in 15 mins from Argos delivery!   I suggest everyone does the same and send the original order back when it arrives which could be anytime this month like one of the previous posts mentioned !!

Won't that also mean giving up on the free sport band though.  I bet they'll want that returned as well....
