My tracking starts and ends on the day it was dispatched! So as of the 10th I’ve got no information. Just slightly miffed as I saw them on sale in my local Argos this morning and mine is later than non pre orders!
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

So mine finally arrived, but it's going back immediately to Fitbit. Shame I didn't catch Parcel Force in time as I would have refused delivery, now I have even more work to do to sort out their mistakes.
Fitbit couldn't even handle the return properly, though! First time around they told me to contact FedEx and wanted me to ship it to the states! Even second time round they've still sent two emails, one of which is complete garbage. They really know how to screw up. Meanwhile, they sit holding my money, like most of us.
What's most embarrassing is I've stood by Fitbit for almost 10 years now, I was an early adopter of their tech and I've persevered through their rubbish customer service for many years as I've actually enjoyed using their products - when they work (don't get me started on the original Aria scales, christ they were bad). Quite honestly, I'm sick of defending them, I think this could be the end for our relationship. Time I started looking for something else.

Fitbit pulled a complete con job @richpb7. As for the Aria scales...I bought them too...nothing more now than a glorified doorstop:)

Mine also finally arrived - only a week late. First world moaning I know, complaining about something taking 10 days to ship, but it's all to dishonesty and flat out lies from customer services that do my head in. I feel a bit like a fool for being drawn back into the Fitbit world. I liked my Charge 5, but it died when it was a year and a week old, so was just offered a discount on a new one, which then also died. I left and went to Xiaomi, where I liked my Band 6, but it's certainly not the most accurate device and the new Band 8 is pretty much a closed ecosystem, so I was drawn back in by promises of 60% more accurate HR and the like, somehow forgetting about the pain of dealing with CS when my C5 died. Now, if I could find something else which did what the C6 does (in a band format), I'd send it back tomorrow, but the landscape is pretty bare so I may keep it and no doubt kick myself in about a year's time when it packs up....

@Gazzamania The other advantage of purchasing within the UK is the length of warranty and the ability to return the item to point of purchase if needed.

Contacted them via dm on twitter. After a couple of messages , it turns out they are on back order and due on 11 November. They are going to look into getting their act together.

DM @FitbitSupport on twitter is the easiest way to contact them.

Charge 6 AND sports band arrived last week. Delay probably because sports band was showing on back order for ages. Still trying to get Google Wallet to work 😞
