Anyone who pre ordered the Charge 6 in the uk got there’s yet?

My tracking starts and ends on the day it was dispatched! So as of the 10th I’ve got no information. Just slightly miffed as I saw them on sale in my local Argos this morning and mine is later than non pre orders!

This morning I received an order confirmation for Digital River. What?  Why?  Anyone know what this is?

(I placed my original order on the 29th of September.)

Same experience as everyone else really.  Ordered a 'pre-order' on the 4th Oct - dispatched from the Netherlands on the 10th, but suffice to say nothing since.....got onto Fitbit a few times now - just today, they have said that the courier has lost it, and they are sending me a new Charge6.  Never heard back from when I chased the couriers.  They must have lost the entire box of our Fitbit6's!  Anyway - should have another one in a few days.  Am on my 3rd Charge5 - hopefully the 6 is much more reliable.  Last chance for Fitbit I am afraid - am on my 4th device over the yrs, but honestly - how much more do we put up with.....

Have shared my experiences on Twitter (no reply, but plenty of shared stories) - am also in direct contact with Zoe, the Tech Editor at the BBC, sharing with her the screenshots of the stories.

still waiting for mine. Dispatched on the 12 but no tracking update from that time. Just says 'The parcel has left the parcel center'. Might get in touch to see what is going on.

Just saw your post...have to say to be honest I doubt your order has dispatched at all. All of us who pre-ordered have had no tracking update or no product actually delivered, since placing the original order. Fitbit seem to have marked our orders as shipped only so they can take payment early, whilst not actually shipping anything. They are in breach of the terms of their email surely...we will not process payment until your order is dispatched.

Alex, please keep us posted on whether your replacement order comes through or gets stuck in the same limbo as the first.

Afternoon. This will probably be the last post for me here on the Fitbit Community...as soon as this matter gets resolved I will ditch Fitbit for good.

The only reason I placed a pre-order for the Fitbit Charge 6 was to help me maintain my efforts, to remain as fit as I can, whilst I am on the UK active transplant waiting list, with stage 5 CKD. I'm currently not on dialysis and doing all I can to remain 'heart fit' for any future operation if lucky enough to get the call. My last message to Fitbit is "thanks for caring Fitbit! The last thing I need is added hassle."

I'm not bothering with the pointless task of contacting Fitbit support anymore - all they do is lie and pass it on to the specialist team...who when they eventually bother to reply don't offer any form of customer care, let alone any resolution. Why ca'n't Fitbit own up to the problem and refund everyone they have let down.

Anyhow, I've contact my bank, given them supporting information, copies of the order, chat transcripts and will see what happens. Best of luck to anyone who sticks with Fitbit after this sham...sorry...scam!

Really? Is that why they are all showing as stuck with GLs since the 10th? What a shambles and support has no clue what’s going on - or at least the two I tried

I doubt they will make an appearance. I’ve lost all trust in them. I just want my money back, I paid via PayPal and they’ve given them 10 days for a response - who they mean I don’t know. I think they have contacted digital river but they are just the order processor so won’t know what’s happened beyond that.

I had one too! This just gets more ridiculous. I emailed fitbit and was told to wait til end of week. Apparently it is in transit. Space perhaps!!

I'm having the same issue and have logged a case with FitBit - apparently they now need 7 days to respond! Will be seeking a refund via my card provider if nothing turns up soon

This is getting ridiculous.  I have spoken to rude online chat "support" they keep moving the goal posts. they are saying that there is a dispatch issue as i mentioned that the problem can't be with dispatch as it has already been dispatched. i asked for a refund but apparently i have to wait for the item to arrive before they can refund me!! Just a little bit of honesty would be appreciated and and update. if i'm not going to receive it until 2025 then at least i know! GRRR

Mine was dispatched 10/10 and no updates since. Fitbit chat support and even calling them is totally useless and they keep providing conflicting information. Have also called GLS and given the ParcelForce number for UK deliveries. ParcelForce advised they have not received the parcel and to contact the sender. Will soon be checking with the bank to claim the money back as they are not delivering within the agreed timeframe

Just looked and amazon are in stock so the BS about them not having it is just that. This is looking like a major con job. Or someone has stolen a container full somewhere! The fact fit bit can’t tell any of us where they are is disgraceful. I paid for mine on Oct 2nd!

I wonder how big this thread has to get before there is an official response?!

I'm also still waiting for my Charge 6, though my free band has arrived. Tracking stuck in transit since October 10th like everyone else. I've just chatted to a fitbit agent who said that it's showing as delivered at their end, and recommended I check with a neighbour. Seems very unlikely considering everybody else's experiences. 

Seriously, though - returning to the original question. Can anybody who preordered in the UK confirm that they've actually received their charge 6 yet?

Rip off Britain on the BBC will be very interested with all our experiences. Disgusting behaviour. The least Fitbit could do is to admit they cannot fulfill orders and give an immediate refund.

Odd. I’ve just chatted with support and they’ve placed a new order. They said there was a delay in shipping but mine clearly showed it was shipped on 10/10 and was with GLS.
