Anyone who pre ordered the Charge 6 in the uk got there’s yet?

My tracking starts and ends on the day it was dispatched! So as of the 10th I’ve got no information. Just slightly miffed as I saw them on sale in my local Argos this morning and mine is later than non pre orders!

Well surprise surprise, just had email from parcel force to say the will deliver my order today. Best bit is it says it's from digital river ( Ireland) Ltd !

Could you tell us your status on GLS.  Mine still says nothing new since 10th and nothing on the parcel force site this morning still.

Some extracts from the latest chat with support...

"...at this moment we are having a issue and I am not able to give you a refund at this moment, we need to waith because we need to know if is delay issue or if your device is lost in transit"

"Our special team is pushing the situation and a lot of Fitbit has arrived yet , but at this moment I'm not able to give you a time line"

Fitbit chat support shared the link for GLS contact page https://www.gls-us.com/support/contact-us but after chatting to them they told me to call their UK branch aka Parcelforce.

I have also had a notification from ParcelForce to say it'll arrive today. GLS tracking shows it as arriving at the parcel centre in the UK this morning and out for delivery now. It has no trace of where it has been since leaving the Netherlands parcel centre on the 10th up until this morning, but things are looking up.

Still waiting for mine. The strap was received in UK on 6 October. But parcelforce shows sorted in hub

The watch has just arrived at UK hub of parcelforce (19  October). Not holding any hope they will be delivered.

Trying to contact them by email is impossible. 

Last time I order from Fitbit.  Will use Amazon from now on.

I will update if they arrive before end of October

Having the same issue, contacted Fitbit live chat on Monday and they said to contact them again if it hadn't arrived by Thursday. I got in touch again today as the tracking has not moved at all and got told to get back in touch by the end of the week if it hasn't arrived. What an absolute joke. The free strap already arrived in early October like others mentioned. 

I asked about their complaints procedure and got told they don't have a complaints procedure, which I find hard to believe but I guess it doesn't surprise me. First and last time I order directly from Fitbit.

Same issue here. Item despatched 10th October. Tracking hasn't changed since the 10th. Fitbit support giving me the runaround and making requests for refunds incredibly difficult. Now lodged PayPal dispute which can take 10 days or more... Last time I order from Fitbit, sadly.

I am not sure if I find comfort in that I am not the only one!

I contacted FitBit support yesterday, very similar experience to others, only bit of information that differed is my support rep said GLS have system error at the moment. Also told to contact back today!

I am happy to hear that some have reported some movement in status, at least showing the package is in the UK, so having gone through UK customs.

And all this for a tracker that doesn't have an IP rating!

I have just now received an email from Parcel Force saying my delivery is coming tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it! but at least there's some further comms

Hi @ABG93 Could you tell me your original ship date - was it 10th, or later?  Mine was 10th and I still see nothing changed, and nothing from parcelforce, but if others are seeing updates from 10th, I might just wait until tomorrow and see what happens before I got through the pain of trying to deal with support again.
