Charge 6 battery hit zero

My battery went to zero and it doesn’t seem to take a charge now. It’s been like 8 hours and nothing.  Need advice. It’s only 4 months old. A charge 6.

I CONTACTED A REP AND MY BATTERY WAS DEAD IN THE WATER...WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CHARGE.  MY CHARGER WORKED WITH MY HUSBANDS FITBIT SO IT WAS DEFINITELY THE DEVICE ITSELF. THEY ARE SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT ONE. SO ALL IS WELL.
