Can I purchase Charge 6 using Klarna?

I would like to split my payments in 3 in UK. Fitbit sent an email to advertise Charge which shows Klarna 3 months/ 0% option. It is also mentioned on website but it does not appear in my checkout. Did anybody succesfully use it while paying in UK? please help, thanks.

I have same question - Klarna pay-in-3 was advertised via email but not an option on site and can't choose PayPal 3 either. Can this be made an option for purchase?

Hi - spoke to someone on the chat facility. The don't offer Klarna for new Charge 6, despite it being offered on their marketing email. They kept referring to it as a discount code & didn't seem to understand what Klarna was but there you go, you can't have it!

Thanks for your interest in our newest Charge 6 and let me clarify that you can use Klarna to complete your purchase. Just go to our official website, choose the color of your tracker and include any additional item. Then, at checkout select Klarna and your payment plan in order to complete your order (see picture below). For more information about the terms and conditions, click here.

Hi I can confirm that in the UK at least, and as of Oct 9th (when I purchased my Fitbit 6) that Klarna wasn't showing as an option on the final page, only credit/debit, PayPal and Google. It was showing on the store front as an advertised option though. I don't know if it's been updated since but that was certainly the case then, so they aren't making it up 🙂

I really wanted to split the payments and I could not. Disappointed.

I had another response from Fitbit saying that Klarna is not an option when you pre-order and that's why I couldnt do it. Still doesn't explain why they included in the same promotional email encouraging me to pre-order and offering Klarna as an option. Must have been a mistake. Disappointing though.

The Klarna option is not showing up even though on the Charge page it says you can choose it as a payment option.  In the US

Nevermind, when you add the promotion of Fitbit Premium for a year and 2 year warranty for 35 bucks it won't allow Klarna.  If I just get the Charge with out that, it offers it.  That's disappointing, great deal too bad can't use Klarna.
