Cannot add a new device on my new pixel 9

ANSWERED

On the Select Device screen the list never populates. Just pulses gray bars.

Wifi is fine.

Device has been removed from my old phone which is off.

Any ideas?

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it works. Something must have been corrupted when it got copied over.
