Cannot edit Charge 6 hourly activity settings

Currently (and the last month) my activity hours are 6am -2pm if I change it up an hour or 2, save and it shows in the app correctly (but will change at some point) but my Chg 6 doesn’t recognize the change. Stays 6-2, frustrating. Have restarted my Fitbit a couple of times but nothing has changed on the hourly activity path.

Our team is aware of the issue with the Hourly Activity not adjusting correctly and a fix is available with the Fitbit app 4.45. If you haven't done so, go to the App store and install this update. Then try editing your settings as usual to see if the changes are applied on both your app and Charge 6.

I deleted my app yesterday out of frustration so I am happy to see your
email today.

I reloaded the app this morning and attempted to change the activity
hours...I could change them in settings but my fitbit still shows the
incorrect number that I want to display.

I have restarted my Fitbit.
The app on my phone displays the hours I want 7-3pm.

My Fitbit still shows 6-2pm....no change from before.
I have rechecked that the app I downloaded to my phone indicates it is
Version 4.45...it does.

After being a Fitbit fan for the past 9 years....it's now in decline. The
current one I have is fairly new so this should not be an issue.

The issue HAS NOT been resolved.

Hi there, @CAMAY1.

Thanks for keeping me posted, and sharing the steps that you've tried so far. It seems the issue is now with your Charge 6 not getting the changes made on the Fitbit app. With this in mind, let's try reconnecting your tracker with the following steps:

  1. Forget your Charge 6 from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Tap Devices at the upper left corner > Add More Devices
  4. Select your Charge 6, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Wait until the process is complete and check your hourly activity one more time

I have completed the instructions sent...twice.
I app shows the correct activity time I want - 7am-3pm
My Fitbit shows 6-2pm...

Nothing has changed,
