Hello. I got up this morning and was not able to log my weight in my Fitbit app as I normally do. Then I noticed that my phone app would not sync with my Fitbit device. So I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, and now I cannot get into it on my phone at all. I have tried all of the suggested actions - clearing cache, repowering my cell, etc. Nothing works. I really rely on my Fitbit heavily, and I am so frustrated! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I looked for a live chat assistance and cannot find that, either. My Fitbit device is a Fitbit Charge 6.

@RumpleCat @MorganThomas @Gmamoe @Akutatti Fitbit experienced a major outage today. You can check the status of that here. They're saying that it's now resolved. If you're still having difficulties, try restarting your phone.

I have the same problem (and also Charge 6). I have an Android phone, if that makes a difference.

I have the same issue this morning. My charge 6 is the worst fitbit experience I have had of all of the fitbits since 2014! I removed the app and reinstalled as my last resort and even though I have been able to log in woth my google account in the past I am now receiving an error to try again later. Syncing wasn’t working.

Same problem today. Was working up to around 9am CET time, then stopped syncing. Couldn't login with my Google account. In the last hour, about 4pm CET, the login started working again, but not sync. I'd removed the charge6. Now the app refuses to see the device when I try to re-add it. Done all the usual things with restarts and cache clearing. I've had this charge 6 for a week, since my charge 5 just started to flash the fitbit logo and became uncontactable. I can only hope that it will "resolve itself" (i.e. the app gets a patch).

Just when I was so happy to have my fitbit home screen back to normal, I wake up and my device can't sync. Check for fitbit outages here.
So it looks like connectivity is back, but because I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have to go through all the settings again. And surprise, the fitbit labs was there again, but thank goodness, the "X" to close the windows was there.

There was a software update Wed night that seems to have--surprise! surprise! messed up my Fitbit. Won't sync no matter what I try. Someone needs to fix the update.

Thank you, everyone! After trying everything, I finally gave up, but now it seems to have corrected itself. The fact that there were problems this morning at Fitbit explains it. Thanks again!

I'm using the Charge 6 and the Adroid Fitbit app. This morning, the device lost connectivity with the app and after going through each troubleshooting step, I can np longer log back into the app. It sounds like there is an outage. I would love to confirm that's the case before I spend my time troubleshooting this issue.

I still have trouble! I can't access my fitbit app. It just says it can't read the data.
I have both restarted my phone and my fitbit charge 6.
