Hello. I got up this morning and was not able to log my weight in my Fitbit app as I normally do. Then I noticed that my phone app would not sync with my Fitbit device. So I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, and now I cannot get into it on my phone at all. I have tried all of the suggested actions - clearing cache, repowering my cell, etc. Nothing works. I really rely on my Fitbit heavily, and I am so frustrated! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I looked for a live chat assistance and cannot find that, either. My Fitbit device is a Fitbit Charge 6.

Hello again @RiekoC, as I wrote yesterday I use a Samsung Galaxy s23. The problem is still not resolved.
I have restarted my watch and my phone several times and my phone is updated. I don't know what more I can do.
If I try to access my profile from this webpage I get the message that Fitbit has an internal server problem.
