Cardio load inconsistent

Anyone else thinking that the Cardio Load "insights" with Fitbit premium is not trustworthy? Yesterday it was telling me to slow down as U was at risk of over training and within 12 hours it's saying that I need to work harder as I'm at risk of under training

It's been an issue with lots of people it seems...my zone minutes..cardio load..target load are all completely skewed.I used to have charge 5 for 1.5 years so know my past cardio load ..target load..zone min history for comparisons with my recently updated charge 6.

It's not at all relevant to my gym strength training intensities. I have posted a thread here.. chatted with customer support..updated my version..reset my app etc Still nothing seems to work.

I am hoping the company realizes it's an "issue " and updates the glitch .

I'm beginning to wonder if they care because they advertise cardio load on the new products they're selling like it's a good thing.

I did pretty much everything you did with the same response and results (I have a Pixel watch).

Hello

Post the latest update roll out also no change I'm cardio load and zone minutes. It just isn't relevant to the exercises done.

I was told post the 22nd April update this glitch will managed but doesn't seem so..

Any suggestions what can be done

Can I get my charge 6 replaced?

I've been told the same thing except they told me the 25th of April instead of the 22d. I have a Pixel watch which has Fitbit built in and have the same problems so I don't know if replacing helps.

I would hate to completely flip to a different training watch (Garmin, Apple, etc.) because I've got so many years invested in monitoring my progress. The little quirks are getting to many to just brush off though.

Agreed.. I have also been thinking about Garmin but hesitating the change.

Don't know what can be done about this situation as its like my fitbit is currently mainly for step counts which any ordinary watch can do....:(

Too disappointed .

Hoping Google takes this more seriously.
