After a finished workout (I start and finish it manually on the watch) I cannot see it on the app. Only my walks are registered and saved and can be reviewed afterwards. How do I solve this problem? I’m wearing the watch correctly and I can see all the other data in the app but not my workouts… my boyfriend and I got our fitbits charge 6 at the same time and he can review his workouts in the app but I cannot.. please help!

Hello @Felmyr
I moved your post from the Fitbit Ace LTE product help forum to the Charge 6 product help forum, the device mentioned in your post. The Fitbit Ace LTE is a device for children.
I'm seeing other Charge 5 & 6 users reporting that they are having problems seeing their completed workouts in the Fitbit app. Some users reported that their completed workouts are no longer visible in the app.
Yesterday, I was experiencing a similar issue where most of the details for my completed workouts disappeared. I actually watched the data disappear from the Fitbit app for one of my workouts last week. It was a strange experience. Later in the evening, my workout data was back in the app.
I'm trying to escalate the issue and will report back if I get an update. Hopefully, it won't take long for the fix to roll out.

I am also having this problem with my charge 6. It recently stopped saving my workouts to the app altogether which is really frustrating because now it says I have only exercised one day this week which is not true. I have ran every day.
I was thinking that the problem might have stemmed from me recently downloading strava. My first few runs after downloading strava uploaded to both apps but now it is only downloading to strava. PLEASE HELP!!
An update to mine - support said to delete my user data on the watch and repair with the app. I did that and it did not fix anything. My recorded workout just disappears like it never happened after I hit finish.
Hello @Nicolemartinez @Felmyr @H-N @Tbtb11
There are known issues affecting exercise data, step tracking, and calorie tracking. I saw a Moderator post yesterday (12 Sep 2024) acknowledging the syncing issues and data transfer errors. He said that the team is working on identifying a resolution as quickly as possible.
For now, there's nothing more that we can do on our side to fix the problem. As frustrating as this is for all of us, we have to wait until the fix is rolled out.

Poorly executing "App" company that can't roll out their "App" without breaking functionality. Exercise tracking using their watch to start activity no longer saves on the mobile app. In my case it's been over 6 weeks, but others seem to have been affected longer. Response from moderators, who seem to be reading scripts, first deny there's a problem, then will only claim they're working on it but with no timeline or details. Roll back the defective updates as any reliable software company would do, but I wonder if they know how to do that considering the way these app companies develop s/w. This is a failing company that can't even provide a working fitness tracker that is supposed to be There Core Business!
Where is the update on the resolution for this issue. Over 2.5 months of being unable to log workouts started and ended on the Fitbit device with no clear response other than to force stop the app, log out, reboot, etc. I've done all that and actually uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change. How can a fitness tracker company ignore such a basic function being broken this long, and responding with generic scripted statements. There's no surprise that most of the recent Google Play reviews for this app are one star. Any moderators or support personnel that want to respond?
I thought maybe my issues came from my Sense being old, so I recently upgraded to a newer version and that seemed to fix the issue of not logging my workouts. However, it's started again this week. My exercise from yesterday was logged, but then today it just disappeared. Even when I try to manually input my exercise from yesterday, it won't save. To echo everyone's frustrations, this issue has been going on for far too long and is causing me to lose faith in this app and device.
I am having this issue with pixel watch. seems to be Fitbit specific, very frustrating that I can't see all my past workouts that I logged manually, wanted to use the data to show for progress, most of my workouts don't save, frustrating
Having the same problem in January 2026. Bought a Charge 6 in November and in the last week or so, it has been deleting my workouts. I manually start a run in the app and can see my progress as I go. But the runs do not save or sync to the app. Today after 3 miles, I look at my watch to see that it is no longer tracking. Not sure what happened, but there is no record of my workout anymore.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app to see if that helps with syncing and potentially restoring your tracked workouts? This has worked for some users to restore their historical workouts.
