I bought a charge 6 yesterday and followed all the steps I’ve got the app and synced my charge 6. I’ve tried to then change the watch face. and customise the apps to just get a blank page with a wheel the just keeps spinning.
I have tried reconnecting, clearing cache, using it with and without internet and redownloading the app and turning my phone on and off.
any help or advice would be really appreciated, thank you!

I don’t see any updates in the app or regarding this issue. What is the status of the escalation. The “best answer” is not a solution and the problem isn’t solved yet.
Do you have any updates? When will the iOS app be updated so this problem can be solved?

Just installed the just released version of the FitBit app for iOS (4.69); problem solved!
