Are you able to provide more detail on the syncing issues?

Hi,
I can not sync from either my iPad or iPhone since last night. I usually have no problem but since this last update I get more problems with even when it syncs it doesn’t give all the information especially for sleep. I’m paying for premium so it’s upsetting. I have have restarted both devices a few times, turned off Bluetooth and then turned back on. It just tries to sync but goes very slow and never does meanwhile it keeps asking if I want notifications to go to Fitbit which I have always said no. Both devices has it as connected I can’t get rid of that unless I turn off Bluetooth and as soon as I turn it back on it comes back as connected.

Search this Charge 6 Community as I remember reading something about a "allowing background sync" (or similar verbiage) setting resolving similar issues for iPhones.  This may resolve your issue if you have not yet tried this.

I am using my Charge 6 with my Android phone, not my iPhone, so the following may not be of help.

I am experiencing the loss of bluetooth connectivity between my Charge and phone.  Initially the only workaround was to Forget and Pair my Charge with my phone.  There was no order of restarting devices which would resolve this issue.  Now twice, I have been able to restart my Charge 6 and my Android phone at the same time, and the sync is successful again.  This is the least intrusive workaround I have at the moment.
