No reply?

Is the feature gone?
Why would you remove steps from exercise?

Now steps are back.

Hello @TwoGunKid

It looks to me like there were syncing issues on the Fitbit side that affected your step tracking for your completed workout.

Thanks for letting us know that you're now seeing steps again in the Sport activity.

I'm having the same problem, been missing the steps for the past 3 weeks.

Hello @IanMark15

Please give us more details on the problem you're experiencing.

What activity are you doing where you're not getting steps?

Are you letting your Charge 6 auto-detect the activity? If so, are you still not seeing step tracking when you manually start the activity?

I'm having the same issue - I selected sport and no step count or distance is now being recorded extremely frustrating. I've restarted the charge 6 and rebooted my phone a pixel 9A

Hello @Colin.B

Did you used to get step count and distance when you used Sport in the past?

Hi, playing 5-a-side football. Up to about 3 weeks ago it was showing how many steps I had done but it doesn't show the steps anymore.

Still getting this problem and a workaround that worked for me is changing the exercise to a walk.  For some reason it then shows the step count.
