Charge 6 - Stress Management Score only intermittently

ANSWERED

Stress Management score appears only randomly although I wear it consistently 24/7. There is no pattern to when it appears or not. Quite worthless as it is!

Thanks for sharing with me your situation regarading the Stress Management feature on your Charge 6. I understand how you must be feeling about.

For your situation I recommend you to read the following article where you can get to understand better the feature and the reason of why you might not be able to see that score. How do I track & manage stress with my Fitbit device?

The link you provided gives interesting information but didn't provide a solution to my issue with intermittent Stress Management Score (unless the solution is hidden in all the info on the linked pages). To clarify, I wear my Fitbit Charge 6 24/7, except when I'm showering. It always readily shows my heart rate. I typically walk at least 4000 steps per day, often more. Before 11/2/25, the Score appeared consistently. Since then, spread out through the last 25 days, the Score hasn't appeared on 9 days. Most recently, it has only appeared 4 out of the last 9 days. So, it seems to be getting worse. Again, it's quite useless if it doesn't show consistently.
