Charge 6 Watch Face

Hi when I am looking at the watch face section of the app under customization it says “select from 4 color themes to match your style” but I cannot figure out how to change the color. When I look at previous instructions they state to go to gallery section and then choose a face and choose the settings icon once the face is selected but in the newest version of the app there is no setting icon once you get to the face option and there is no gallery section either. I hope I can change the color of the numbers like it suggests I can. Please help

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this situation regarding the customization of the clock face of your Charge 6.

May I suggest you at first, to verify if there is an available firmware update for your Charge 6? The instructions are listed in the following help article: 

Then, please confirm if you already followed the steps explained here: 

(You should be able to find a "clock faces" option when you tap on your device, in the Fitbit app, insted of a "gallery" option).

Why are there so few options for watch faces. They are they are cluttered and hard to read. Why is there no option to just choose what you want to see on the screen and choose font and color?? This is a very, very simple option to offer people. I am returning this product. Will be buying from another brand.
