When I click steps, the day/week/month/year displays a spinning circle but never loads. Any help is appreciated!

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sharing the steps that you've tried so far.
@Birgitta.2008 and @Maarten68, I'm glad @Bernadette62's advice worked for all of you and I appreciate the update. I hope you can keep crushing your goals.
@MPruitt82 If you haven't done so, I also suggest trying to uninstall and then reinstall the Fitbit app as this has worked for other members. Once this is done, check if your goals are displaying correctly.

I'm having the same issue! It just started happening this afternoon. Logged out and logged back into the app, rebooted my phone, same issue. I did notice that under You and Goals, I see an error message "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals". Maybe that's part of the issue?
---
Fixed it! Deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit iOS app on my iphone solved the issue.

Did deleting the app delete your data as well?

No, once I reinstalled the app and signed in, all my data was there.

If deleting the app deletes your data, is there a way to recover the data?

No, it did not. I logged into fitbit.com and saw all my data there. After deleting and reinstalling on my phone, all my data showed up.

Hello @Dkt2299 , @lcurry720
As you discovered, deleting the Fitbit app on your mobile device won't delete your data. The app gets repopulated with your data when you log into your account and sync with your Fitbit. Your data gets uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers when you do a sync.
Just an FYI. Fitbit devices typically store up to 7 days of tracked data.
The way you'd lose your tracked data on your Fitbit device is if you do a "factory data reset" and delete your data.

I reinstalled the app and the problem still there - I did not have a “delete” option per se
i clicked “remove this Charge 6”
is that the same thing as deleting?
