When I click steps, the day/week/month/year displays a spinning circle but never loads. Any help is appreciated!

Thank you so much. I was so frustrated and had tried everything. I didn't delete the app cuz I was afraid of losing data.
I deleted it after reading these posts. IT WORKED! I am so happy, I think I will go for a walk.

Thanks Lizzy! This worked for me as well. I couldn’t get my new Charge 6 to recognize my goals and the removal and reinstall did the trick!
