My Charge 6 will not sync with the app. To get it to sync, I have to uninstall and reinstated the app DAILY and it is very frustrating. I never had an issue before Fitbit was sold out to Google. Very annoying.

Same here, its almost 21 days now. Iam unable to Sync it just keeps rotating. I dont carry phone when playing.. Absolutely i never had any issue earlier with Fitbit, have been using almost 10/11 years. The earlier version were much better than this Charge 6 .

I'm on Android and find going into Settings\Apps\Fitbit then choose Force Stop it will get it to sync up again as soon as I reopen the Fitbit app.

I'll have to remember that and give it a try next time it happens because we all know it will happen again!

This seems to have worked and makes me think it's definitely a bug or issue with the Fitbit app.

I agree, it appears to be a flaw in the Fitbit app that causes it to not fully sync up. It will show current heart rate and send notifications, but battery percentage is wrong and it will show last sync hours ago. Force stopping the app allows it to completely restart when you open it and whatever the issue in the app is seems to clear for the time being.

Yes!! Thanks! That worked for me too. Better than uninstalling & reinstalling everything! Not great, but a fast work around. Thanks again for sharing 😊
