I got my Charge 6 today, charged it, and upgraded the Fitbit app, the device shows in the app but cannot pair. Turned off/on the Bluetooth and retried no difference. On Charge 6 nothing changes and displays download the Fitbit app. I reconnected my Charge 4 and it is working fine. Any pointers on what else I can try?

I let my battery run down to zero. I let charge 6 sit dead for a 2-3 weeks. On the mean time I went back to using charge 5 instead. Today I fully charge my charge6 and went to fitbit app on my phone and switched to a different device. Hence my charge6 follow on screen instructions and got a code to pair to my phone. After a few minutes my phone paired it and I'm back using my charge6.
