In the meantime I suggest you try to set up as a new device your Charge 6.

Suddenly my charge 6 stop tracking distances.
I see some km while using the fitbit App, but it remains always 0 from the band.
Additionally the distance i see from the App doesn't seems correct: yesterday i played tennis for 90 mins and it tracked 0 km.
Any workaround ? please have this fixed as soon as possible since it's quite frustrating.
