My 15 month old Fitbit Charge 6 was working just fine until a few days ago.
But now no longer holds a charge. I will recharge it to 100% and then it will be completely back to low charge alerts within 3 hours. I have tried a reset using the button on the recharger cord and also changing the clock face.
Any other ideas? So disappointed!

Thanks but this is not helpful for this specific issue.
It tells me that my Charge 6 should last for 7 days but doesn't explain why it is suddenly only holding charge for 3 hours. Is it a fault in the Fitbit? This is not a slow decline over time, but rather happened very quickly - from one charge to the next.

Hello @GiesenGal
When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for your Charge 6, it might be worth a try.
