My Charge 6 is not syncing. I just bought this from Amazon about 7 weeks ago to replace a Charge 5 that had major syncing issues. I did contact support and they sent me an email to get a RMA. It says I need to ship the fitbit back and then wait 10 days to get a replacement, which may end up being a refurbished device. This does not seem like good customer service. And, I am betting you are having more sync issue cases to manage due to the firmware update rolling out. Who can help me resolve the sync issues I have having?

@JoeC1070 Initially I had major syncing issues with my new Charge 6. However, I was able to trace those to an issue with my Fitbit app, Phone and auto-management of VPN on my phone. Since switching to manually managing my VPN on my phone, here is what works for me, every time my Charge 6 and Fitbit app are not syncing.
I simultaneously restart my Charge 6 and my phone. This has been consistent with my original Charge 6, whose screen failed and was replaced under warranty, and my warranty replacement Charge 6. I hope this will help resolve the issue with your Charge 6.

There are several other Charge 6 users reporting syncing issues, please see this thread (<-- click). The Moderator on the thread is collecting information to provide to the team for investigation and eventual fix.
You might want to post on that thread with your information so that it can be added to the bug report ticket.
