I have a new charge 6 which I set up and worked ok for about 24 hours. Now the watch is totally blank and I can’t wake it up. I have tried the ‘button’ on the side with no joy. I’ve attached it to the charger again (was at 100% when I first used it 48 hours ago)
is there a permanent ‘sleep’ mode I might have accidentally activated or is it possibly a faulty watch?

On my fifth device (charge 6), which this morning, will not charge, reset or do anything - it’s just a blank screen. AGAIN this has happened just outside of 1 year after purchase.
these devices aren’t worth the money you pay for them. Absolutely sick to death of essentially burning money now.

My last fitbit died after 1.5 years and instead of trying somethign different i chose to get the charge 6. I keep having this issue with my charge 6. Third time in a year. Last time it became a brick, about a month ago, I was ready to give up and return the devise after constant unresponsive black screen on and off for 3 days. Then magically it just started working. Then today repeat except now i can not get the reboot with the charging cable trick to work. On charge over night. Tried different charging cables. Showed it was charging but the battery level just kept dropping. I'm sick of dealing with it. I ordered a Garmin today and will cut my losses. Disappointed as I liked the devise

All I get when I try all the tricks is it vibrates and that’s it it doesn’t come on

How long have you had your Charge 6?
It's probably best to contact Support (<-- click) about your issue. Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options. It might be best to speak to a representative.
