Charge 6 sleep update

This new sleep update absolutely SUCKS! I didn’t ask for it, I don’t like it, it should be changed back IMMEDIATELY! I’m a 63yr old Multiple Sclerosis patient who relies on and uses this to help with my health conditions, it’s a tool, and this “update” renders it basically useless, it’s a broken tool. Broken tools usually get thrown against a shop wall in frustration because they don’t WORK, this “update” doesn’t work!

I’ve had the Charge 6 for probably 4 months now. Not particularly happy with waking up in the morning to check my patterns to find that it’s shut itself down during the night & lost all data. Having to put it on the charger, pressing the little button 3 times to restart it is a drag but I GUESS I can live with that, but changing the sleep data like this? NOT working for me! 
I’m betting that this will fall on deaf ears, for now, but Fitbit really does need to listen to the unhappy customers and fix this issue before it’s too late!

I totally agree. I also suffer from an autoimmune disease and needed that feature for my tracking. I have owned multiple Fitbits-they last 1 year and you need a new one every time the warranty is up. The last one, a charge 5 was the exception and lasted 2 years! Every time they die, I swear I’m going with Apple. My husband has had his for years and never had it die. I hate change and the Fitbit always offered exactly what I wanted. Until google bought it. Like many of our smart home devices, as soon as google buys the company, or soon after, they make it obsolete or make it not work. We have to replace every item google buys. Wonder if Apple will listen and make a smaller, more stylish watch with the features we want.
