Charge 6 steps will not go above 11k

My charge 6 keeps reverting back to 11.3k regardless of how many steps I have. Also on one occasion, I had accumulated over 18k steps but after a day, it split that amount in half. I also got a readiness score of 1 and 8 on consecutive days .. that’s just not realistic. I have tried resetting the charge 6 via the reset on the charge 6. To will not reset if I try using the flat section of the cable ..

Hi there, @casthedestroyer.

Thanks for the details provided, and the time taken while troubleshooting your tracker. I understand how important this data is for you and so I can look into this, could you confirm if the step count reverts only on your tracker? Or does this happen only after syncing?

Because the restart was already performed, let's try reconnecting your Charge 6 to the Fitbit app:

  1. Remove your tracker from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner.
  5. Tap Add more devices > Charge 6 > Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

In regards to the readiness score, please note this value is based on your sleep and heart rate data, as well as your activity. If you're going beyond your daily goal, and depending on the level generated for each category, Fitbit will tell you if it's better for you to take it easy and do low intense activities. If you haven't done so, let me recommend this help article.

It happens on both occasions. Once I sync it goes back to 11.3k repeatedly.
No matter how many steps I get it goes back to 11.3k.

Hi @casthedestroyer.

Thanks for getting back with the additional information. In this case, please give a try to the steps suggested above and monitor your tracker's behavior in the next few days to see how it goes.
