Welcome to the community forums, @Rantvents.
Thanks for taking the time to share the issues you've had with your Charge 6, and I apologize for this inconvenience. Fitbit always strives to improve our devices so all our members can have a good experience with them, and your input will definitely help us to continue working on them.
I went ahead and contacted our Support team, and it seems that you already have a case created. Because they have access to your information, I'd recommend keeping an open communication with them in order to receive further assistance.

I'm having same issue. Software update 5 hours ago. Screen now black, 4 month old Charge 6 totally unresponsive. Will not restart. Side button not working. Total useless black screen. 86% charged... that's not the issue.

Same issue, device just blacks out. Even the battery is getting drained quickly now. What to do

I'm having the same issue - my Fitbit was working fine; went to sleep and woke up this morning to a black screen. Placed on charger and it's now showing the wrong time that I can't seem to update

Hello @Abhineet192 & @Bree53
Have you tried restarting your Charge 6 by using the charging cable that came with your device? That's the first recommended troubleshooting step to try.
The other recommended troubleshooting step is changing the clock face. This has worked for some users.
If neither of these steps are successful in getting your Charge 6 back to working normally, the next step is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. You may be better off calling and talking to a support agent.
