Charge 6 stopped working yesterday - will not charge, reset or power on

Checked the time at about 6:30pm yesterday and screen was black, would not wake.  No hard resets, charging have effect.  This is my third Charge 6 in under a year.

I appreciate the troubleshooting you have tried. Check if you are able to sync by following the instructions in our help article How do Fitbit devices sync their data? below "How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?"

If yes, attempt to change the current clock face by following the instructions in our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? below "How do I change my clock face?"

If you won't arrive to sync, see these charging instructions to ensure your device is charging.

It won’t sync because the device won’t power on. It’s my third device with the same issue. It will not hard reset, and is not detectable by Bluetooth or the app.

Hi there @Brock205 Nice to see you back. I'm sorry to read your device won't power on. I can imagine how you may fell. In some scenarios similar to yours, user have been able to resolve the issue by following the instructions in our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

In addition, have you tried the restart as suggested in our help  article How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have attempted every intervention you e suggested as I have with my past 2 devices - they aren’t having any effect on rejuvenating the device.  All hard reset/charging tricks I’ve found here have failed to power my device on.
