My charge 6 updated last week now I cannot reply quick texts from my watch now. Sleep log not working. I have tried for a week to get help. So far no help!! Very frustrating!!!!!

Best AnswerWhat updated, the app or the fitbit? What versions do you have? I still have the 202.94 firmware that's at least 5 months old, and the app updated May 8. Quick replies and sleep logging are working fine. But I would be greatly interested to hear if new firmware is rolling out!

Best AnswerI need you to take a picture of your watch and send it. Without it, I can't see what's going on. You need to take your phone, take a picture, upload it to the computer, come back here, and upload it to this site.
What I'm trying to see is what the screen looks like and if there's an error message. That's why that picture is critical.

one cruise ship at a time!Did you turn off your android and restart it. quite often after an update and android will need to be turned off and restarted to set the new update.
