My charge 6 will not charge anymore. Not sure if battery or faulty unit. I have followed cleaning procedure etc on forums. No go… I only purchased in October 2023. Not happy Jan!!

Which ‘3rd party’ charger did you buy?  There are so many on Amazon and all have a mix of brilliant and ‘avoid at all costs” reviews.

It's always recommended to use original Fitbit accessories to ensure optimal battery life. You can find charging cables in our online store or you can visit our authorized retailers.
