My charge 6 does not sync automatically and will hardly sync manually. It often goes half way and stops. This is a new problem. It worked until about a week ago. The “push the button 3 times” restart does not work either.
Best AnswerHas anyone found a fix for this? I've had the Charge 6 for over 3 months now and is useless. I have to manually sync everyday - only get notifications on my fitbit for an hour or so after then it goes back to just telling the time and doesn't let me know if I'm getting a phone call !!
I've tried everything, reinstall on phone, back to factory on fitbit etc.
I loved my Charge 4, had no issue till the strap connector broke and was forced to buy a new one.
I really want to exchange this one with a charge 5
If it was me I would contact Fitbit via their online chat service and request a replacement.
Mine has sorted itself out so am quite happy with the watch.
I've got so many ticket references, been in contact with them during past 3 months and just keep taking me through same troubleshooting steps.

Best AnswerAs far as I'm aware there isn't a fix. You could try deleting the app and re installing. I did this in the first instance and it seemed to sort itself out on its own. As I mentioned in a previous post I tend to leave it to sync on its own rather than do it manually. Hope you get it sorted.

Best AnswerSame situation - had Charge4 for years that just worked. 'Upgraded' to Charge 6 in Jan and it has never synced correctly. After hours to customer support, as I was asking for a refund, they sent another Charge 6. EXACTLY the same issue. To see if it was my phone my husband, (who's never had a fitbit before), installed and started to use it and guess what - it never syncs! This is 100% a Charge6 Fitbit issue and they don't seem to want to fix it problem.
It's very strange as mine is working fine now. I have a android phone so not sure if this makes a difference although it shouldn't.

Best AnswerI have the exact same issue. My weekly overview is just blank because it does not synchronize on its own, whereas my charge 4 would always be up to date. Manually syncing seems impossible. What is happening?!
Same issue here since I got the Charge 6, also had the Charge 4 before without a single problem.
The only reliable workaround on my end is to restart the Charge 6 while I have the App opened on my iPhone. After the restart I can manually sync for a few hours before it stops working again.
