Fed up with Charge 6 not syncing!

Ever since I bought the charge 6 it’s been nothing but problems with syncing! I have to reset it just to get my steps recorded ! Tried everything and nothing seems to work to sync steps daily!

When you say "tried everything", what exactly did you try?  This is important so that we don't repeat any unnecessary work.

What phone are you using? And if you know it, what version operating system is it using?

Similar.  I usually have try 2-4 times to sync in order to see my sleep stats, sometimes rebooting my watch just so I can see sleep stats in the app.  And if often takes a while (30 to 90 sec) or freezes altogether
