Forgot Wallet Pin on Charge 6

I recently bought a Fitbit charge six and set up the Google wallet but don’t remember my pin code for it. I can only find where I can reset it but I need to know the previous pin?

Hello @Jodie601 and welcome to the Community.  I'm going to flag your post to get a moderator to help you.  The device lock Help article describes a feature that allows you to unlock your Charge 6 with your phone if you enter the wrong code 10 times.  BUT, the steps look like exactly like the steps just to change your PIN code.  I certainly hope it doesn't ask for the old PIN.  If you knew it, you wouldn't be in this predicament, right?

Please do not remove the Charge 6 from your account under any circumstance. If you forgot your PIN, please try inputting it around 10 times to get the option to unlock the Charge 6 with your phone.

When resetting, through the phone, a forgotten pin. The device needs to be connected to your fitbit account, and the app asks for your phone unlock code to confirm your ID.
