Frustrated with connecting.

I just bought the charge 6 today and I’m going crazy syncing it to my iPhone. I’ve restarted the phone ,the charge, I’ve I downloaded and redownloaded the app. I’ve disconnected Bluetooth repeatedly. It still won’t fully connect. It shows in my phone but as soon as I go to connect it with the number code it won’t fully connect.

I’m having exactly same issues with my charge six I got yesterday

1. I’m having the same problems. Can’t synchronize with iPhone and I’ve done everything I am supposed to correctly many times. Using bluetooth on phone on and even right next to my Fitbit and won’t sync. 2. Also will not give me any data on sleep which is one of the main reasons I bought this Fitbit

I have exectly the same problem, just with Android phone. Spent hours by trying... but it just won't connect.

I am having the same problem! I have reloaded app and turned off phone as suggested, but only mess

age on fitbit is download app!  Frustrated.  Any solutions?

I got a mail from the support (... after the support chat collapsed twice before anything could be solved) and it repeated how to install and the it said: "1. Clear the user data using the Charge 6 key sequence "short press - long press - short press".
2. Briefly press the Charge 6 button for a maximum of one second.
3. Press the Charge 6 button for 5 seconds (Hold the button until you receive a confirmation vibration).
4. Briefly press the Charge 6 button again.
5. A dialog appears on the display asking the customer to delete the user data. Ask the customer to tap Accept.
6. Start the Charge 6 setup process again.
..."

And this worked for me, hooray 🙂

Hi, can you advise, when you say the charge 6 button, do you mean the button on the USB charging cable or the one on the charge 6 itself? Thanks

For me it worked with the button on the watch, not tried the charging cable.
