My charge 6 has suddenly stopped displaying weekly, monthly and yearly step data. It is still recording steps each day, but I am no longer able to see information in the past. I have updated the tracker and all other metrics are displaying as I’d expect, other than steps. How do I fix?

I have the same problem. I logged out, deleted the App, re-installed it—still only showing todays data (Steps). Weirdly enough it’s only missing the historical Step data for me. I sign in via Google, maybe that is the issue? I tried to sign in via Fitbit but that sign-on screen is forever stuck in loading. This is incredibly frustrating.

You'll need to stay with your Google login. After migrating your Fitbit account to Google, your former Fitbit email and password won't work. That's why it's stuck on loading.
You might try repeating the uninstall & re-install the Fitbit app process again at a later time. I've read users report that it sometimes took more than once to get their historical data back in the app.

I have the same issue, which started weeks ago. But I see the last message from the admin was April 30/2025. Today is June 14/2025. So, no solution found in past six weeks?
