Hello @WTM003 and welcome to the Community.  No, it won't work while you are in Honduras.  It isn't approved for use in Honduras.

Hello @WTM003 

To add to @LZeeW 's reply, please be aware that there will be other Fitbit features that you won't be able to use while you're in Honduras as these also require approval for use. The ECG app is one of them.
