My Fitbit Charge 6 is unresponsive

I can't force reset it, and the exercise screen and the timer screen are shown at the same time, I can't press the button on the side to get back to the home, but I can only scroll through the exercise options, and can't press them. The screen doesn't turn off either. What do I do?

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Charge 6 is unresponsive and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to restart your Charge 6 this way:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
