I want to remove my critical comments are they were too harsh. Once I made contact with customer service, I was able to have reset link sent to me. It woke my device up instantly. I recommend that suggestion be more evident in the listing of help options.
Best AnswerI am happy to report that I have gotten my Fitbit back to life. Contact customer support directly and they can do a remote to your Fitbit and reset it when it's completely dead.
