My Fitbit is dead again any replacement possible?

For the second time in 3 months my Fitbit has stopped working completely.

I just reached out to customer support directly and have gotten a reset sent to my Fitbit and I'm happy to report it's back to life. I had given up hope of it being functional again. Thank you.

I want to remove my critical comments are they were too harsh. Once I made contact with customer service, I was able to have reset link sent to me.  It woke my device up instantly.  I recommend that suggestion be more evident in the listing of help options.

I am happy to report that I have gotten my Fitbit back to life. Contact customer support directly and they can do a remote to your Fitbit and reset it when it's completely dead.
