Best AnswerIn the last 7 days I got only 2 SpO2 values and in the last 4 days no value. The support of Fitbit community is excellent. Why is there no support of Fitbit company? My questions to Fitbit company are:
- What are technical reasons of unstable SpO2 values?
- What is Fitbit company doing to solve this issue?
I need technical information and not political statements.
@smart01 - I don't think this is an issue specific to CH6, at least not for everyone (it is working fine for me, anyway).
It might be worth reviewing the help article on SpO2. Here's the link. I know you have experience with your CH5, but it is still worth reviewing the article. Some common issues are less than 3 hours of quality sleep, band tightness and placement, tattoos under the sensor. If the problem persists you should contact Fitbit.
