Best Answer@Mike5463 is it at least Android 10? supported devices
Best Answerhere are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
USA: call (877) 623-4997
UK: call 0800 069 8505
INDIA: call 000 800 050 1057
IRELAND: call 01 691 7502 (country prefix: +353)
Other contact options:
USA: click
Canada: click for options
Best AnswerI'm sorry @Mike5463 but if support can't help you, I'm not sure what to tell you. I don't use quick replies. Maybe one of the members on the forums will see this and tell you what they have done.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mike5463. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to respond with Quick text responses with your Charge 6 and that you were not able to solve your query with our team.
I noticed that they are still working with you. You can try setting up your Charge 6 as a replacement device:
And installing the quick replies again with the instructions of the help article that @Odyssey13 shared with you.
@Odyssey13, thank you for your assistance and the heads up.

Thanks for getting back to us and for your comment @smince. Setting up your device again will let you delete current stored information on your device and be able to add the quick replies again.
Please try it and let me know if you were able to get the quick replies again.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community and thank you for your question @Shaddow.
Devices paired to an iPhone can respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. These devices don't have the capability for quick replies.
That isn't my problem. My problem is the option to reply with my notes has disappeared from my Charge 6 when I get a text
