Hi everybody! I've merged all your posts here so that you all get the updates at the same time and to keep the Community in order.
Thanks for letting us know that some of your sleep data was missing. We found and fixed a timezone issue that was causing sleep data to display incorrectly for some users.
Any missing sleep data should now be displayed correctly, but let us know if you're still having trouble.

Dear JuanFitbit. What about the issues with sleep stages that were impacted by the 23 June 2025 update as posted under Inaccurate sleep on Charge 6 that supposedly provide a more precise measurement of your sleep stages? Have those issues been addressed by Fitbit?

As reported, the sleep data is back, but today there are no other sleep metrics. Breathing heart rate, HRV, O2 levels etc. - all with no data today...

@JuanFitbit really wish you hadn't done that.

I'm still having problems. My sleep timeline is missing for last night. It was working fine up until today. I have tried all of the above suggestions and it's still not showing any sleep data except how long I slept.

I have the same issue. I flagged it to support almost 4 months ago. The response that I get each time I ask is variations of "This is a known issue on our end that we are actively working to resolve."

Could you please, provide help with this issue?
Thanks in advance,

Hi,
My Fitbit wasn't reporting calorie data correctly so I reinstalled the app. My sleep data for last night is now missing, SpO2 shows as not compatible with Charge 6, hourly activity is missing, morning exercise is missing, 3 other health metrics missing, etc
Please fix so the data from my Charge 6 displays correctly in the app.

@B3Orchid , Thank you for your messages. I'm glad that the issue was fixed for you. Just as mentioned before: This thread is only for the discussion of the Sleep Data.
If you want to report any other issue, please open a new thread or post on a dedicated thread about that subject. This will help everybody to avoid any confusion, and to keep the Community in order.
@warncoort , Thank you for your message.
Sync means, share the recorded data from your Fitbit device with your Fitbit app.
You can sync your Fitbit, by opening the Fitbit app and pulling the Dashboard down.

App won't complete sync now, gets to about 90% of the way across and stays there.
EDIT: So, also the app will NOT remove my fitbit after I tell it to disconnect from the Charge 6.
If I try Disconnect again, it says there's an error.
The Charge 6 still shows as paired with the phone.
I have to clear cache and data of the app and go through set up AGAIN.
This product has turned into such trash in a such a short amount of time. I'm done with with anything Google.

Hello @FranVisual
Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your mobile device? This method has worked to restore historical data for many users.
